Abstract:

The University Library System of Florence closed to the public on Monday 9 March so we reorganized many resources and services; we increased the promotion of the remote-access resources, we collected and advertised available resources free of charge by publisher, we improved the Ask librarian service, reference and courses online, while the staff was encouraged to work from home.
